Sanlam, a leading insurance company, embarked on a journey to enhance user experience by digitalizing settlement processes. This case study explores the design process, from wireframing to UI implementation. The design process for digitalizing settlement processes at Sanlam began with a comprehensive research and discovery phase, where user research methodologies were employed to identify key pain points and gather insights from stakeholders.
